The mind is the seed of creativity but the heart is the soil. That seed cannot grow without an open heart.

The mind thinks up many creative ideas etc. and they are like seeds. Seeds need good soil, water, and sun to grow well. The heart is a “fertile land, any seed you sow, it will grow”If the heart is open then seed, the creative ideas and feelings, have a place that will nourish and support their growth. If the heart is closed, it is too tight to allow growth and just beats without any thing else filling one’s life.
